..And how to get it

If you are a self harmer/have an eating disorder, you need to get help (if you havent already).
There are people out there to help you.
Tell a teacher, friend, family, some one you can trust.
You could go to your doctors and your doctor might get you reffered to a councillor.
 

It it important to get help because you cant go on the way you are living. Its not healthy. Over time with help you will feel better about yourself, and maybe stop cutting/ having a eating disorder.
